Online Bike Purchases
Bikes are shipped partially assembled. We strongly recommend paying a professional bike mechanic to complete the assembly of your bicycle. Prior to ordering from us, you may want to research the assembly cost for a boxed bike from your local bike shop as those costs are your responsibility. Bikes are expensive to ship, so please be very sure you're certain about your purchase before placing your order.
Bike returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and the bike must be in brand new condition, just as you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we made an error, ie, shipped the wrong model, size, color, or other store-related error.Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the package, and your location. The further from our store, the higher the shipping costs. Please consider these charges before final submission of your order as we do not provide shipping refunds.
We only ship within the continental U.S.
In-Store Pickup of Online Orders
We will contact you via phone or email when your order is ready for pickup in our store. Most orders are ready within one business day unless it is a bike order and the bike needs to be built or retrieved from our warehouse. We strive to get you your product as soon as humanly possible. There may be instances where inventory errors or other circumstances may delay fulfillment of your order. If this occurs, we will advise you as soon as possible. When you come to pick up your order, we require your valid photo identification (Driver's License, ID Card, Passport) and the credit card you used to make the purchase from our website. In order to protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card, we DO NOT allow a third party to pick up your order! If you cannot pick up your order in person, your order will be cancelled and refunded, less a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Bicycles are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another bicycle of equal or greater value within 7 days of your purchase. You may also exchange for store credit. Bike purchases made online and shipped to you that you wish to exchange for another model will be subject to the additional shipping fees of the replacement bike we send to you.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
